Well, as you can see below... I posted my new Blog last night and it seemed to work very well! This is good fun!

Today, I am very excited by the news overnight! My Referralware business seems to be exploding!!

Whilst I am very pleased generally on my progress todate... having suffered a few downs along the way... my hard work over the last three months seems to be paying off nicely!

In my Inbox this morning... 3 more Referralware signups... 6 Cash Culture referrals joined my team... 2 Gold upgrades... and 2 Silver upgrades in EMM FreeStoreClub!! All great fun... and as I say... very exciting!

I also had a couple of posts from Members of my Downlines... asking for help on a couple of issues. Whilst a little time consuming at times, I do like to devote time in answering these requests for help from my Team members! This is never a waste of time. My philosophy is, that if I can help them to make their business a success... well... naturally it will make my business a success! So it's not just that I am a "nice helpful guy"! I like to think I am of course.. don't we all! But the truth is simply... It's just good business! That is what this business is all about! Why I am finding it so rewarding! It's great to help others... create a good business for themselves... and as a result... develop MY business at the same time! Now... isn't that just great! I think so! -:)

OK... so to business! What I am thinking is... after all the work I put into answering a post wanting something to do with one of the programmes explained or clarified... I might as well post them here and share it with any of you who are visiting my Blog! So here's a couple of issues or subjects I dealt with today!

On the subject of ... Why Upgrade in Referralware??

This lady (naturally I have deleted any mention of names or ways to identify anyone as a matter of courtesy and respecting the person's right to anonimity!) recently joined my Referralware Team... and has also signed up under a number of my other programmes within Referralware.

Oh... whilst I am writing... Just one more thought! It's great as I said in my earlier email, that you have Upgraded in CashCulture! Really good... and you are ahead of the game here! A little too far ahead actually... as my advice to you would have been.... Upgrade first with Referralware itself! Why?? Because it will take some time for you to start referring people into your CashCulture and EMM FreeStoreClub.... and you should be concentrating first ... on Referralware. So I should not leave it for very long to Upgrade to Advanced Member in Referralware!

As an Advanced Member... you make money several ways:

Each time someone in your organization upgrades into any of the business opportunities that you have signed up for
Each time someone in your organization purchases additional products or services through your businesses
Each time someone in your organization advertise
Each time someone in your organization purchase "Stand Alone Product" through your automated marketing
When those you personally refer upgrade to an "Advanced" member of Referralware ($6.50 per member, per month residual income)
You also earn a share in the Referralware "Bonus Pool" each time you build a Referralware "Income Unit"
Just these two last points will ensure you a good residual income... believe me! You only need 3 members under you upgrading to a) Pay for your Referralware Membership.... b) Qualify you to earn from the Bonus Pool... which varies depending on a number of factors (READ about ALL this in your "Getting Started" Section!) The bonus pool today is at $14.16!! This in itself will nearly cover your Referralware monthly subscription!

Finally... as I just said... You MUST read... re-read... and re-re-read... your "Getting Started" pages! Your Bible for Referralware! It is ALL there! Follow these guidelines... don't allow yourself to go off on tangents! Keep focussed!

On the subject of ... Signing up to Traffic Generators??

This Member... again relatively new... has just been offered a deal from a affiliate of a Traffic Generator programme... NOT within the Referralware Family! The deal looks a little unprofessional... and she's asking my advice on whether to accept or decline!

Re: "Blah Blah Hits (Not of course the Real name of the programme) - You are doing absolutely the right thing in looking at Traffic sources such as this one. Not a programme that I have used personally... so cannot advise you either way on it... good or bad! Not sure I like the guy's approach though... but that is just me... question of chemistry if you like!

What I would say is this! One of the reasons why Referralware is such a GREAT vehicle, is because it provides you with a firm platform from which to promote your various websites. By this I mean, YOUR own Referralware sites, you should have at least 6 provided by Referralware alone (You can find them in the "Customize your Site" section on the Menu on the left of your Referralware Member Area!) You also have your CashCulture and EMM FreeStoreClub websites and whatever other programmes you have signed up in with Referralware!

When I say Referralware provides you with a great platform... what I mean is... you ALREADY HAVE most of the promotional tools you will need, at this stage, within the programmes offered by Referralware... to promote your various websites and try and bring traffic to them. These programmes are tried and tested... by me and others before me!

The reason why you will find them in your "Income Streams" section of your Referralware Member area ... is because I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND them! That is why I make them available to my downline. Quite simply... they work for me...and if used wisely... they will work for you!

You can get more information and / or join ALL the above programmes FREE, from your "Income Streams" section of your Referralware Member area or by clicking on the links URLs I have provided above.

The idea with the "Income Streams" section is that, not only can you see what your Sponsor is offering... but you can also choose to offer these to YOUR downline, if and when you are happy with them yourself... or Just take my word for it! Whichever! LOL!! You don't have to do them all at once. Bit overwhelming... I know.. that is how I did it! You can just pick a couple a week, join... read all the programme's benefits and features... test them... see if they work for you. You do need to give them a little time. I normally try programmes out for at least a month or so. The following week... you join a couple more... and go with the cycle again. This way you will build yourself two things! A great platform for your website promotional activities... and a source of programmes to offer YOUR Downlines... ALSO building your Referrals and consequently... YOUR RESIDUAL INCOME!

Sooo... the lesson in all this is.... BEFORE signing up to ANY programme... Check if it is available within Referralware! You can trust the ones offered in Referralware... more so than not! Oh... and one more thing about the "Income Streams" section of your Referralware Member area... If the programme is not offered by me in that section... it may still be in Referralware... but not offered by me to my Downline. This may be for a number of reasons. Maybe I have enough tools already in a particular programes content... or maybe I just didn't like that programme when I looked at it because I felt the owner was too pushy... or too full of bull/..t or whatever! There are many other programmes, that other Members have recommended and brought to Referralware. You will find the full list by following a small link in the "Income Stream" section... if you blink you miss it. Scroll down the page past the Biz Opps list and just above the Biz Opps Boxes section... You will see... One line that reads... "Are you enrolled in a biz opp that is not in this list? Click here to see if Referralware supports your opportunity" . On the subject of ... Guaranteed Signups!

This Member... only joined about a week ago! He seems to have grasped the idea of Referralware very quickly... a little too quick... and I am concerned! He has justed Upgraded to Silver in EMM FreeStoreClub... which is great... but NOT Upgraded in Referralware or CASHCulture or any of his other programmes! Now... he has just bought his very first "guaranteed Signups" package!

Just a couple of points you may find helpful!

Guaranteed Signups: If and when one can afford to invest in these, they can be a good source of leads, and very helpful in kick starting your business! Word of Warning! They can also be very demoralising! With Guaranteed Signups... in my experience... You can get lucky and get a few signups who are serious and keen to build an Online business. On the other hand... you will find... I am pretty sure... that you will also be receiving a whole load of useless leads! Now... Referralware do their very best in ensuring these leads are qualified as they come into the system, as best they can. BUT... the nature of the internet being what it is... you will be getting a whole load... in my experience about 25% which are useless! Mickey Mouse signups... or whatever... you end up sitting there scratching your head wondering why these people have bothered to waste their time going through what is after all a "double opt-in" sign up process... as you know when you yourself signed up! Anyhow, that is the reality I'm afraid! BUT...don't let that ... and me put you off! Because... you only need one or two good ones... to make it all worthwhile... if you take a long term view. With this business, I recommend you do take a long term view! This is NOT a "Get Rich Quick" business. It works reasonably fast... I am a rather impatient guy myself! Want things to happen now too! Let's put it this way... again... from my experience... I joined in the latter part of June this year. I now have a Downline of nearly 300 in Referralware alone... more in CashCulture and EMM... and other programmes that I promote and offer to my downline! (You can find these programmes in your "Income Streams" section of your Referralware Member Area!). I am doing rather well... and very pleased with the Residual Income I am creating to date! Sooo... You too can do the same! To conclude on this subject... Great way to Kick Start your business.... DO NOT expect miracles... be prepared to receive a number of useless leads... do not get demoralised... be determined... keep at it... and MOST important of all... MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW DOWNLINE MEMBERS! Sorry for the caps... but this is THE all important point! This is how you prepare:

Autoresponder: Create your Autoresponder "Welcome"... AND Follow up messages! If you don't know how... or what to include... just take a leaf out of the way I have Welcomed and treated you with my Autoresponders to you! If you haven't saved the Team Note emails I am sending you.. let me know and I shall send you these emails again. Then... modify them to your style. Change them by personalising them... i.e. Emails are sent by you... and put them on your Autoresponder to be sent to your NEW members... as they Join your Team!
Upgrade: These new Members will be following in your steps. Your Autoresponder (and any other communication with them) will be showing them the ropes... they will be joining your programmes, just like you did mine, and you will be encouraging them to Upgrade! You NEED TO BE AHEAD OF THE GAME! In order to start earning... AND THIS IS THE REAL TRICK HERE... You will need to already be a Advanced.. Gold... Silver.... or Pro Member, in order to earn from your new Referrals signing up and Upgrading in YOUR programmes!


Name... my recommendation in your case would be to Upgrade immediately, most importantly, in Referralware, but also in CASHCulture... as a minimum! Naturally these things always depend on your own Budget and how much you can afford. You will find however, that before very long... Your downline is paying for your Upgrades and Membership in your programmes. If you don't Upgrade... with the vast majority of programmes... You simply DO NOT EARN from your Referrals... so you will be loosing out! Anyhow... Only you can answer this one! Up to you!

Your head is probably reeling by now! I know how it feels... been there! Just take your time... have a cup of coffee... relax... don't let any of this panic you! Read.... Read... Read.. Absorb... and in your own time... Put it into practice! You will soon be earning a very nice Residual Income!
