Hello again!
Just realised I forgot to mention something else in my earlier post today! Can't understand how it could possibly slip my mind!! LOL! I just passed a very pleasing milestone developing and building my Referralware Downline Team!
Last night, my Referralware Team reached and passed the 700 Member mark!! Now standing at 701 as I write! (see downline table in left margin if you scroll down the page). Whooo Hoooo!! That is great! Very pleasing indeed!
Two things here... Firstly a huge "Thank You" to all the active members who have enabled me to reach this level!! You ALL know who you are!
Secondly... I hope this is great encouragement to all of you actively building your downlines! You know, I haven't done anything particularly special to recruit 700 Members in just over 6 months! Just really followed the "Getting Started" pages in my Referralware Member Area and implemented all that is already written up in my ISG Discussion Board's Referralware Forum! If I can do it... anyone can do it! Believe me!
You know, the most rewarding part for me is the great buzz I get when I see others I have helped, becoming successful themselves and starting to make some good money. BUT... I can tell you, it is also very satisfying for me to be earning a reasonable income from this too! This, after all is said and done... is the whole point of the exercise! Money in the Bank!!

Moving on... I also just wanted to mention Permission Advertising programmes today! I've not posted much about Permission Advertising programmes lately. This is because they have been going through a sort of settling down period, some consolidating their positions very well... others not so well. In fact one or two of them have just seemingly ground to a halt!
To give you a flavour of where we are at with Permission Advertising programmes, I received an Update yesterday from one of the owners and I thought it would be helpful to repeat it here!
Here's a heads-up on everything at Mail Mania as the Owner Randy Bryant sees it...
Mail Mania IS the original automated ezine safelist with a profit sharing program. As you may know, we un-officially launched this concept on Oct. 13th of 2003 and by the middle of November others were scrambling to duplicate the initial success of Mail Mania. In fact, I had even seen several posts in various software developer forums for people asking authors to write software that would do what Mail Mania would do. BTW, I'm the author and programmer for all of my websites.
Anyway, one individual did manage to get a copycat program launched and a lot of our members did bail out of Mail Mania and go on to his first program, then on to his second program. Those who did bail out called it "diversifying" and "not putting all of their eggs in one basket".
The same individual launched more, and more of these websites and plenty of folks seemed to have the mindset that if they were to get in early they would really be able to rake in the early profits and clean up fast... But this spreading, and spreading DID serve to make a few people a little bit of money, but it did not serve to make a lot of money consistently for everyone... It only served to slow down the original program... Mail Mania.
Soon after his copycat software had been completed the "other guy" began launching dozens of these same type websites by letting others run them. Incidentally, he did charge the people who run them some pretty hefty up-front fees, demanded the top pool positions and kept 50% of the overall profits for himself. Is this operating with member interests at heart?
I know this to be fact, because one of my closest friends fell into the greed trap and ran one of these websites for "the other guy". Needless to say, our longstanding friendship suffered slightly over this ordeal but I did receive a phone call last night and my friend who has just turned over ownership of this project to another group. The same thing is happening with many of the "other" copycat programs. They are either being sold or turned over to different owners.

My plan from the beginning was to launch three or four permission based email marketing websites but my original software was not friendly enough to handle the volume of business that Mail Mania was doing so I personally (with the help of my brother) went back to the drawing board and re-wrote the entire program from scratch.
After continually hearing people say "This is truly like you say... The future of Internet advertising" and "There is plenty of room for lots of these sites" I did launch three other programs which are far superior to most all others. These programs are...

These programs are far superior to all others because they have been completely designed to keep cycle times short and put MORE Money in member's pockets (if there is any customer loyalty and repurchases are made). Four very significant advantages are:
Putting 100% of repurchase credits back into the profit sharing pool (not the typical 75%). This alone will cycle existing positions much faster. For example: at the 75% repurchase level a 160 APC purchase will add $120 to the profit sharing pool. Which would cycle pool positions faster $120 or the full $160?
Ad credit fees are absorbed by the owner. In other words, if you purchase 32 Ad Posting Credits with us that is what you pay for... Not $330 or $335 like most other programs will charge by making you pay the transaction fees.
We limit (fully matured, or commission paying) cycle times to three. There has been a great deal of debate over this subject but the fact is... If you run a program where EVERY position remains in the profit sharing pool forever, the profit sharing pool will grow to such astronomical proportions that new entries will increase the cycle time to a duration of years instead of weeks or months.
We offer 4 incredible ways to earn commissions - Retail ad sales, Gold member signup commissions, Profit sharing commission pool commissions, and Leadership bonus program override commissions.
Note: Retail ad sales can be the sale of excess Ad Posting Credits you may have accumulated and these can be sold to the general Internet advertising public for whatever price you wish, then posted to the ezine from your back office.
Mail Mania is an exception to the rule of fully matured positions cycling three times... This is four at Mail Mania. In other words, you will quadruple your initial advertising spend amount over time when you purchase advertising at Mail Mania.
I don't know if being the owner/operator of the original program makes me any type of expert at how these programs work but I have always had member interests at heart and having a "behind the scenes" view of everything has allowed me to keep a close eye on what makes the program fruitful in terms of advertising and profitable in terms of profit sharing.
Mail Mania is still moving while the others are dying.
Most folks have a tendency to only look at the top few pool positions in order to get an idea of how the profit sharing pool is moving and how commission payments are being made. They often make the assumption that Mail Mania breathing it's last breath because the top (commissionable) position has been sitting atop the pool for several days. Or because it does not appear that commissions are being paid very frequently.
In order to gain a more accurate picture of how we are doing as a team of Internet advertising specialists one should keep a daily record of the CPA balance or look at the most recent advertising purchases being made by those who continue to support Mail Mania.
Mail Mania is an advertising company with a profit sharing program that rewards members who make advertising purchases or who sell advertising to other online marketers. As a matter of fact we have been paying out commissions on a regular basis.
Recent payments of hefty commission amounts made have been:
$160.00 purchased on 2003-11-12 paid on 2004-02-18
$320.00 purchased on 2003-11-07 paid on 2004-02-14
$80.00 purchased on 2003-11-01 paid on 2004-02-14
$320.00 purchased on 2003-11-07 paid on 2004-02-05
$320.00 purchased on 2003-11-07 paid on 2004-02-02
$320.00 purchased on 2003-11-12 paid on 2004-01-23
Each of these commission payments represents a profit sharing pool position that at least DOUBLED the original advertising purchase price for the members who purchased them. In some cases the commission payments represent MORE than double the original purchase price because these members have already cycled more than once.
Often times there are larger positions in the profit sharing pool because shortly after Mail Mania launched people were pouring money into advertising and the average purchase was $160 for ad posting credits. This has all changed now and our average purchase is $20 and these purchases are usually made on a one time basis... But we need the help of our loyal members to help change this.
Any time you double your money in 90 days that represents an Annual Yield of 1562.9160%. So, even if cycle times were to remain at 90 days... Mail Mania is still the absolute best permission based advertising deal on the Internet. Does your other lead provider pay you commissions when you purchase email leads or advertising from them?
What is the future of Mail Mania?
I still take a firm stance on permission based email marketing to be the future of Internet marketing. In fact Spam can now even land you in jail if you're not careful. As to other forms of Internet advertising... The vast majority of it is totally worthless because no real human will ever see your ad... Just trust me on this one.
Advertising in the Mail Mania Ezine is both powerful and effective... I know because plenty of folks have written or called in regards to the effectiveness of Mail Mania ads and several testimonials have been written validating this.
The effectiveness of our advertising medium has been a double edged sword because over the past couple of months our ezine has been filled with ads about other permission email/profit sharing programs... So much that a few of our members have even expressed their disappointment with the overkill of this type of advertising.
As the provider of Internet advertising services we do not allow alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or illegal content in the ezine but we cannot prevent customers who have paid for advertising from running ads about similar copycat programs now can we?
Here's a suggestion -
If you do have Ad Posting Credits... USE them to place advertising about business opportunities, products or services you have to offer. I know that you can promote other ventures, programs, products or services other than permission email/profit sharing programs. All of our loyal readers would like to see some diversity.

Well, there you have it! A very upbeat Randy! Quite rightly so. I do agree with 99% of what he says... particularly in regards to how he sees his progammes in the future. Certainly judging from my own participations results... I have cycled and have a number of positions waiting to cycle and they are moving, albeit not as fast as some might like it!
The advertising I do frequently, gets a reasonable response! Certainly comparable to any good Safelist or Mailing List ads I also do! So, what I am saying is that these programmes are also responsive, for an Opt In mailing list!
So, I have no complaint whatsoever! Quite the reverse! How can one complain about any system which literally doubles your money within a couple or three months! Even if it was six months! Where else can one get returns on investment at this rate... internet or anywhere else! Naaah! This is really good stuff! Unbelievable to many, I know! But... there you have it! It is really happening!
