All GOLD members are placed in the matrix where they receive commissions on their downline paying (upgraded to Gold) members. We regularly compress the matrix to remove empty or inactive positions. This is good practice because it brings active uplines and downlines closer together. It removes any 'holes' from your matrix, making it easier to have your business self-financing at level 2.
Matrix compression has a positive effect on your downline - it encourages more people to renew their GOLD membership and thus can increase your monthly commissions.
For example, let's say you have 8 referrals in your matrix downline. If Brian and Tim forgets to pay their membership fee, you do not receive commissions for them. You therefore receive a total of $10.77 this month for 6 active referrals.
After a time, empty and inactive positions are compressed out of your matrix. In this case, Matt and Emma are shifted up to fill up the 'holes' in your matrix. Because we pay 20% for level 2 referrals, you now receive a total of $14.95 a month for the same 6 active referrals! Your CASHCulture business has become self-financing!
*** How often do you compress the matrix and will I lose my position? ***
We compress the matrix regularly (in my experience... about every six weeks or so). We may remove the following accounts:
- Accounts that are closed or no longer active
- Members who have let their GOLD membership lapse. These will be removed after 30 days.
- Once an account has been removed from the matrix, it is permanent and cannot be reversed. To avoid losing your place in the matrix, always make sure you pay your monthly membership fee. You may use the following link:

Many of you have been aware for some time that I have been wanting to review my "Welcome" Autoresponder Message Series that I use and that I offer to my Downline for when New Members join Referralware! It's one of those things that needed doing but because of the daily chores and pressures on time, haven't been able to get round to for some time! Well, you will be pleased to hear I finally managed to spend some time on this review and I can today announce my Updated Referralware Marketing Strategy is now done and available to you!
As promised, I am very pleased to let you know, I have prepared a Brand New "Welcome & Training" Message Series for you to input into your Autoresponders and send to your New Joiners on Signup in Referralware!
Now... This is not just a "Helloo How's your father... how nice to have you here" type of email series!
This is a whole New Step-by-Step serious Referralware Marketing Strategy that I am setting out for you and your downlines! It includes in-depth Training in relation to concepts, for Referralware, in particular, but also Network Marketing generally. This Series outlines a sequence of specific steps, where to go, what to do, where to find it, how to input it... etc. Designed to create a really successful business for everyone!
I have prepared these so as to be very easy to upload to your Autoresponders! There are in fact 2 Series I am offering you. One to Send as your Standard Welcome & Training Messages when a new Member joins your Team and 15 other emails, the same as our "Welcome Series" plus One other offering "Instructions for Use" on how to load into your Autoresponder. This second series is designed to be made available for your Downline to download the "Welcome Series" on Request at any time in the future, as and when they are required. (Because they lost them or there are updates!)
Those of you who are Advanced Members already, will have no difficulty with these, because you have plenty of capacity in your Upgraded Autoresponder Tool, where you can place up to 15 messages in an infinite number of Series! Wow!!
However, If you are still a FREE member, then you will have a little bit of a problem because your FREE Autoresponder system only allows for up to two messages per series. My advice to you is to read through the New Welcome & Training Message Series, study the Strategy very carefully! Once you have done so, you will, hopefully, appreciate the logic of it all and come to the only obvious conclusion AND only decision possible! That is... that you need to Upgrade to Advanced Member in Referralware... immediately! This really is the only sensible decision IF you are really serious about creating an Online Business and a new, solid Monthly Residual Income for yourself!
Quite simply - This Strategy WORKS! It IS a Winner! Best thing to do is try it for yourself! You will be amazed!
Naturally, I am sure you will understand that I am only making this available to my 1st Level Downline Members! Quite impressive, I'm sure you will agree! The big difference between his Network and mine... is about 8 months. Bobby has been with Referralware since December 2002. I only started last July '03.
One other highly important point! I would ask that you really take note of... Bobby's Network with Referralware is just the tip of the iceberg and actually only represents a small proportion of his success! The fact is that, since with Referralware, the whole point of the exercise is to CREATE MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS! I want you to consider, how many Paid Members does he have, not just in Referralware, BUT more importantly in the programmes Bobby promotes within and under the "umbrella" of Referralware! I want you to think about how many of these Members are making Bobby solid hard cash every month, through his Member's Monthly Subscription renewal payments to all the programmes he promotes! In my personal experience, the vast majority of new Members joining me, normally also signup to at least 3 or 4 other Biz Ops in Referralware... just in the first few days! After spending some time with Referralware they soon start to grasp the concept and I actually gain some more signups into the programmes I promote within the Referralware automated multiple income Stream Generation System! Good Day People!
Wow! What a week it's been! Some great signups! Our Referralware Team is powering ahead! Some great work and very determined efforts by a few Active Members, including a little of my own, (he adds modestly) has shot our Team beyond the 800 Members mark! Whooo Hooo!! Only a week or so ago, I was excitedly posting here of having reached 700! Over 100 Members added in just 7 days! Absolutely brilliant! As I write, our Network Team is now 815 strong! (See Network Table - left margin as you scroll down). Many more to come, I am sure!

One of the consequences is of course, that it's kept me quite busy, answering queries and generally helping new members out and as a result I haven't been able to Update and post much here! My apologies if you've missed those!
I tell you, this business of Referralware, when properly grasped by people, who genuinely and seriously want to create an Online business for themselves, really just takes off! Why?? LOL! Actually, Bobby does a little more than that! He applies the concept of Referralware very strongly throughout his promotion strategy. We spoke some more... and interestingly... AND very comforting for me, it turns out, we are not doing much differently in promoting our Referralware Opportunity! Basically it boils down to... as I say ad nauseam... again and again and again... ADVERTISE... ADVERTISE... ADVERTISE! Promote your Referralware business and your LGW's (Lead Generation Websites... up to 100 available to you as an Advanced Member of Referralware!) and Referralware's automated multiple income stream generator system takes care of the rest! Good Upline leadership by the Sponsor, including plenty of support and training of your new Members is also very important and has helped Bobby greatly.
Thanks Bobby for all your kind help, advice and encouragement! Greatly appreciated! I wish you great and continued success! I'm 8 or so months behind you Bobby... and hope to equal your excellent performance in due course... and then some! :)
Well, as you can see, I have been greatly encouraged by Bobby's example. I think you will be too! For me, it just goes to show that with a lot of hard work, applying the guidelines and strategy that I already recommend and some good input from Active Team Members, you CAN build a fantastic business for yourself online!
Bobby has given me some great tips and new ideas and I am working on these. I shall be passing them down the line to you shortly. These include a strongly revamped "Welcome & Training" Series of emails to be sent to your New members by your Referralware Autoresponders, on joining your Downline! These will knock them out! I think you, as an existing Member, will also find a lot of interesting new ideas and concepts for your developing business. A lot for you to be excited by, to learn and to implement into your promotional strategies!

Just a quick note to Congratulate my Referralware Team for your great efforts and Signups! I just looked at my Referralware network stats! Wow! 736 as I write! Excellent stuff!
I know the Marketing strategy many of you are using. I wrote a lot of it and you can find much of it in the Referralware Forum over at my ISG Discussion Board! I would, however, be very interested to learn some more about exactly how some of you who I know are doing it "your way" are doing it. Whatever it is it's working!! Now... come on guys and gals!! Come on over to the Referralware Forum and share it with us! :) If you are willing to share your ideas that is! I will understand if you wish to keep them to yourself, but sharing often helps others and I am sure they would greatly appreciate your thoughts, ideas and experience!
For myself, I am just plain curious to find out what is working for you. lol!
One other thing people... many of you ARE already Advanced Members... but some of you have not yet upgraded to Advanced membership! Should you not be thinking about Advanced Membership now?
